Get answers to your Support questions from the Support button in the top menu in your account.
- Knowledge Base directs you to our help articles. If you don't find what you're looking for, you can click the black bar in the lower right corner to search for articles or send an email to Support. There is also a knowledge base for our Legacy version of Ministry Sync.
- Chat with Support opens a window to chat with a member of the Support Team during business hours. If a team member is unavailable, leave a message and a team member will get back with you as soon as possible. The chat widget remains in the lower right corner of your window, but you can minimize it by clicking the minus sign so it's just the blue dot, or you can hide it again in the Support button.
- Live Attendance help is available during regular hours from the support team. After hours support is available by calling the phone number in the iPad Hub app or by calling the regular phone number and choosing the Live Attendance option.
There is also a FundEasy Knowledge Base for participants. They will see the link in the top right corner when they are logged into their FundEasy page.
